Site Administrator – Newcastle/Athy

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join a leading residential developer as a Site Administrator working between two sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BCAR documentation, including cert tracking and submissions
- Provide admin support to the site team, including meeting minutes and reporting
- Deliver site inductions and maintain face recognition records as needed
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to support smooth handovers
- Maintain weekly dashboards and trackers across platforms
- Obtain, organise & maintain subcontractor construction documents on Zutec.
- Be the first point of contact for Zutec related queries from both site team and subcontractors
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
