Accounts Administrator / Office Manager – Construction – Longford

Permanent position
Salary negotiable (depending on experience)

Join a well-established Midlands-based contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. With decades of experience delivering projects across healthcare, education, residential and private developments, this company offers a supportive and positive working environment where your contribution will be valued.

This role is primarily focused on accounts and payroll, with additional responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing bookkeeping, invoicing and day-to-day accounts
  • Working with Sage accounts packages
  • Processing payroll and liaising with Revenue (ROS)
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
  • Supporting the Director and site teams with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with the general running and organisation of the office

What you will need:

  • 5 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Experience with accounts systems 
  • Payroll experience and familiarity with ROS
  • Construction / Engineering industry experience is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
