Accounts Administrator / Office Manager – Construction – Longford

Join a well-established Midlands-based contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. With decades of experience delivering projects across healthcare, education, residential and private developments, this company offers a supportive and positive working environment where your contribution will be valued.
This role is primarily focused on accounts and payroll, with additional responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office.
Your role will involve:
- Managing bookkeeping, invoicing and day-to-day accounts
- Working with Sage accounts packages
- Processing payroll and liaising with Revenue (ROS)
- Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Supporting the Director and site teams with administrative tasks
- Assisting with the general running and organisation of the office
What you will need:
- 5 years plus experience in a similar role
- Experience with accounts systems
- Payroll experience and familiarity with ROS
- Construction / Engineering industry experience is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
