Document Controller -Permanent position

Location: Blanchardstown

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

You will oversee and maintain optimal function of all information management system functional areas and integrations which includes implementation, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade
Managing the cross-functional coordination of release management activities.
Maintaining system integrity, define, and enforce security and audit standards across the platform.
Developing and maintaining robust dashboards and system reports; advises on reporting functionality and inquires beyond the initial request to cultivate a deeper understanding of the need and deliver quality data of use to the business.
Performing research into issues, identifying opportunities to correct problems, and seeks feedback on suggested solutions. Looks beyond the immediate situation to ensure the proposed fix will provide a long-term solution to the problem.
Ad hoc tasks as required by the wider business.

Required Experience and Competencies:

Full clean driver’s license essential.
A relevant qualification is desirable.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial role within the construction industry
In depth knowledge of implementation, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Advanced Excel skills.
Previous experience in managing and maintaining Information Management Systems.
Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
Time management abilities to meet targets.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
