What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in cost management, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as CostX or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
