Role: Pre-construction Project Manager (CSA)

Location: Dublin 4/Hybrid

 

Project: Data Centre or Pharma projects

 

Salary: €70k - €95k

Role responsibilities include:

 

  • Review project documentation and develop a comprehensive project execution plan for proposal submission, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage estimating, pre-construction, and business unit resources dedicated to the bid project, optimizing resource allocation for efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations for both internal project reviews and client meetings, facilitating effective communication of project progress and requirements.
  • Engage with designers to develop detailed design proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery business unit to identify and assemble a capable project team, fostering a cohesive and skilled workforce for project implementation.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, conducting critical reviews to explore alternative proposals for improved project delivery.

 

Role requirements:

 

  •  Third level qualification in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5+years project management experience
  • Pre-con experience
