You will need:

• 10+ years of construction experience at a senior level
• Ambition, drive and a passion for delivering excellence
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects
• A strong network of client and supply chain contacts throughout the Cork/Munster region
