Junior M&E Services Coordinator
Project: Large mixed use development in Dublin city centre

Your role will involve:
- Managing all service installations in accordance with specifications
- The management of Services Contractors and other related Subcontractors and partners
- Reviewing and reporting on specifications and design drawings to ensure appropriate service/design decisions are met
- Developing design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages
- Planning and managing Design Team Drawings (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Services Subcontractors
You will need:
- A relevant Engineering (or related discipline) degree or diploma
- 1+ years’ experience
- A proven track record in Commercial / Industrial/ Residential Projects
Experience working on high density residential developments/commercial projects for a Main Contractor would be beneficial.
