M&E Coordinator X 2

Location: Citywest and Sandymount

• Schools project (part of a bundle)-demolition and new build
• 2-year duration

What you will be doing:

• Review design information and coordinate the flow of design information
• Manage the submittal and approval process for all technical equipment and design information
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Manage the M&E Subcontractors on site and ensure that all specialist subcontractors adhere to all regulations 
• Manage and maintain minutes of all M&E subcontractors meetings

You will need:

• A relevant qualification in Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years’ relevant experience on large construction projects
• Excellent communication skills
