Key Responsibilities for the role include:

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications etc
• Issue tender queries and RFI's
• Prepare bill of quantities
• Preparation of tender reports
• Ensure tender return deadlines are met
• Manage the data base

Requirements for the role: 

• Mechanical or Building Services degree or related experience with trades background
• 2+years experience as an Estimator
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, prepare BQQ's
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experienced in using different estimating packages
• Experienced in tendering for mechanical packages
• Excellent time and workload management.
