Your role will involve:
- Reviewing financial performance and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
- Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties to circa 20 people
- Directing and coordinating planning, delivery, pricing and/or support of services
- Establishing and implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection processes and the training and development of new employees
- Determining goods and services to be delivered, and setting prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand
You will need:
- Experience of motivating and managing teams
- The ability to manage and deliver against KPI’s
- Financial and budgetary management skills
An electrical background is advantageous but not essential.
