14 month residential project
Permanent Position
We are currently sourcing a Site Manager on behalf of our client who are an established, dynamic Main Contractor with over 25 years experience within the Construction Sector. This company prides itself with expertise in general building contracting, facade and glazing, civil engineering and demolition and operates throughout the Midlands regions across private, industrial and commercial projects.
- Manage daily on-site activities, leading the project team to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of Health & Safety, ensuring adherence to company systems, including subcontractor and equipment certifications.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and progress align with project goals.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
- Provide regular progress updates, liaise with clients/design teams, and report issues or errors to the design team promptly.
- Construction Related Degree or Trade Background is essential
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working within the Construction Industry
- Ambitious and hands on approach to projects
- Sound Knowledge of latest Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
- Full Irish Driving Licence
