Site Agent - Dublin

Civil Utilities & Infrastructure

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering company working on essential repair and maintenance projects. This role will focus key infrastructure works across Dublin and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong experience in confined space work, health and safety documentation, and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing site teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for utility and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate plant, labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Prepare and manage health & safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct site safety audits, with a focus on confined space work and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide progress updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent in utilities and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project elements efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and site teams.
• A relevant construction qualification is desirable.
• Certifications such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS, or ROAR are advantageous.
