Health & Safety Advisor – Dublin

Salary: Up to €60,000 DOE

We are hiring a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading civil engineering firm working on major utility and infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and delivering safety training to teams across multiple sites. This role can be hybrid or fully remote, with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Develop and deliver training programs and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports.
• Maintain and update health and safety documentation.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 8 qualification in Occupational Safety & Health
• 3-5 years of construction safety experience, ideally within utilities
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
• Experience engaging with site crews to improve safety awareness.
• Certifications in Manual Handling, Safe Pass, First Aid are a plus.
