Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering aspects of high-end fit-out works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Provide technical support and problem-solving on-site.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

• Manage documentation, progress reports, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong fit-out background.

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of working on large-scale commercial or industrial fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects on time and within budget.
