Role responsibilities include:
- Design and specify Mechanical solutions for buildings per regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with MEP and design teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
- Handle pre-construction tasks: service coordination, tender drawings, specs, and equipment details.
- Manage projects during construction: site inspections, technical submittals, and RFIs.
- Support M&E staff in ensuring safe, timely project completion.
- Inspect installations per approved quality plans.
- Attend project meetings.
Role requirements:
- Third-level Mechanical or Building Services Engineering qualification
- 3+ year’s experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in designing and specifying mechanical / building services systems
- Good knowledge of standards
