Role responsibilities include:

  • Design and specify Mechanical solutions for buildings per regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with MEP and design teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
  • Handle pre-construction tasks: service coordination, tender drawings, specs, and equipment details.
  • Manage projects during construction: site inspections, technical submittals, and RFIs.
  • Support M&E staff in ensuring safe, timely project completion.
  • Inspect installations per approved quality plans.
  • Attend project meetings.

 

Role requirements:

  • Third-level Mechanical or Building Services Engineering qualification
  • 3+ year’s experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in designing and specifying mechanical / building services systems 
  • Good knowledge of standards
