We're hiring on behalf of our client for a Site Manager to lead delivery on a major Public Realm Improvement Project in Lucan Village, covering:
✅ Village Green & Main Street
✅ Liffey Promenade
✅ Demesne Park Entrance & New Car Park

This is a high-impact civils project focused on upgrading infrastructure, accessibility, and public spaces in one of South Dublin’s most vibrant village centres.

What you'll be doing:
🔹 Leading site operations and managing project delivery
🔹 Ensuring quality, safety & compliance standards are met
🔹 Managing subcontractors and site documentation
🔹 Liaising with design teams and stakeholders
🔹 Reporting progress to senior management

What we're looking for:
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering/site management
✔️ Strong leadership and coordination skills
✔️ Full Irish Driving Licence, Safe Pass, Manual Handling (additional certs a plus)
✔️ Proficient in MS Office
✔️ Preferably based in the Midlands/North Leinster region
