Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Dublin 22

Salary- Up to €70k

Role responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors.
• Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking expenditure, assessing variations, and managing change orders. 
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality. 

Role requirements:

• Relevant 3rd level Qualification 
• 4+ years’ relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal & communication skills  
• Excellent time management skills
