Major Pharma Project | Civils, Externals & Cladding

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Longford. You’ll play a key role in the delivery of critical external works and cladding packages on a fast-paced, technically advanced site.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing:

• Civils and groundworks

• External works including paving, drainage, and landscaping

• Cladding and façade systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in delivering Commercial pharma or data centre projects.

• Proven track record managing civils, externals, and cladding.

• Confident in managing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Trade or Engineering background
