Quantity Surveyor

Location: Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to €60,000 DOE

A long-established and respected civil engineering and road surfacing contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and coordinate with site teams

• Organise and manage projects from setup through to completion

• Conduct onsite measurements and compile valuations for submission

• Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance

• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally in civil engineering or road surfacing

• Strong understanding of public sector contracts and valuation processes

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within project areas
