Architectural Design Manager – Co. Meath
Salary: Up to €70,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across multiple modular construction projects

• Manage and coordinate external consultants and internal design resources

• Oversee planning submissions, compliance, and statutory approvals

• Ensure all design output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Drive innovation in building design and contribute to process improvement

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in architecture or design management

• Strong Revit and BIM experience essential

• Proven knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes

• Experience delivering residential, educational, or modular projects

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
