Civils Foreman – Residential Infrastructure
Sligo | Large-Scale Housing | Groundworks & Utilities

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 DOE

We’re recruiting a Civils Foreman for a large-scale residential development in Sligo (200+ high-spec units), on behalf of a well-established developer.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong civil engineering or groundworks background, and solid experience managing site infrastructure on residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civil works on-site, including groundworks, drainage, roads, and utilities

• Coordinate and supervise civils subcontractors and direct labour teams

• Ensure all works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Work closely with engineers and site management to meet deadlines and milestones

• Monitor progress and report on productivity and potential delays

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Civils Foreman on housing or infrastructure projects

• Strong background in groundworks, roads, drainage, or utilities

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and site layouts

• Confident managing multiple crews and subcontractors

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of health & safety standards and site protocols
