Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a large construction project. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Education & Skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

In-depth understanding of construction methods and building practices

Desirable: Experience in internal finishes and M&E systems, particularly within hotel and residential fit-out projects

Advantageous: Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure all work is carried out in strict accordance with health and safety regulations

Track and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays

Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and on-site personnel

Conduct regular site safety audits and checks

Maintain consistent communication with the site team to ensure alignment

Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners

Ensure compliance with building regulations and all relevant legal standards

Maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of the project
