Finishing Foreman – Drogheda

Permanent position -4 year project

Our client who are an award winning, multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. This company have over 30 years’ experience within the Construction Industry. You will be based on a large-scale Housing Development in Drogheda, this is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor management ensuring compliance with the programme of works on site
• Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site through to completion
• Reinforcing Health & Safety compliance, striving for an accident-free site
• Ensuring the delivery of high-specification finishes

Requirements  

• Carpentry trade qualification advantageous
• 5 years+ experience within a Finishing Foreman role
• Significant experience with Residential housing and apartment developments
