Finishing Site Manager - Dublin (Docklands)

Salary: up to €75,000

Our client, a leading construction firm known for delivering landmark projects, is seeking a Finishing Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a major residential development in Dublin’s Docklands. The scheme comprises over 700 apartments across multiple blocks, including an 18-storey tower, and features a mix of private rental, social and affordable housing. Built using modern methods of construction and off-site components, this project combines scale, innovation, and design excellence—offering the chance to play a pivotal role in its successful delivery.

You will take ownership of finishing works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, managing snagging and handovers, and driving completion to programme. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure the development is delivered to the highest standard while maintaining health, safety, and compliance requirements.

About You

• Previous experience as a Finishing or Fit-Out Site Manager on large residential schemes

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and quality standards

• Proven leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Ability to deliver under tight timelines while maintaining high standards
