Accounts Assistant -Mullingar
Salary -up to €35k
The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses a positive “can do” attitude, is flexible and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices against POs and GRNs.

Liaise with purchasing/site teams for approvals.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support payment runs (mid-month and month-end).

Process employee expenses in SAP.

Communicate with suppliers on queries and audits.
-
Maintain supplier accounts and investigate issues.

Carry out ad hoc duties as required
You will need
-
12+ months’ experience in a similar role.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in Word and Excel.
-
Highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
