Salary: Up to €80,000 DOE

As Site Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards that have become the company’s hallmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.

• Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure best practice on site.

• Monitor programme and budget, resolving issues to keep the project on track.

• Ensure excellent quality standards and smooth handover of units.

About You

• Experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential housing or apartment developments.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.

• Proven leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality.
