We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in residential construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of housing developments in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to senior management
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
  • Organise and lead regular site meetings with project teams and subcontractors
  • Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and site logistics
  • Implement and maintain site documentation, including H&S files and progress reports
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed phases to clients or homeowners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Site Management role, preferably on residential housing projects
  • Proven track record delivering projects from groundwork to handover
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
  • Full driving licence
