Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the H&S team

Maintain inductions, permits, RAMS, training records and audit documents

Assist with scheduling audits, meetings and training

Compile KPI and compliance reports

Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to support HSEQ standards
Requirements

Experience in an administrative role (construction or H&S preferred)

Strong organisational and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
