Site Manager – Youghal, Co. Cork

Healthcare Project | Salary up to €90,000 + DOE

Our client is a respected Main Contractor delivering complex Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Industrial projects throughout Ireland. They are recognised for their high standards of workmanship, strong safety culture and the professional development opportunities offered to their teams. With multiple large projects commencing in the Munster region, this position provides long-term stability and the chance to lead a high-profile build in Cork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, sequencing and logistics

• Manage subcontractors and drive consistent site productivity

• Maintain strict Health & Safety standards in line with ISO systems

• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications

• Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager

• Manage materials, deliveries and site documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as Site Manager with a Main Contractor

• Strong understanding of building regulations & construction methods

• Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Strong focus on safety and quality delivery

• Track record of delivering projects to programme targets
