Senior Site Engineer – Dublin 3

Permanent Position

Project: Mixed-use healthcare redevelopment

Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor, established over 70 years, renowned for delivering complex, high-profile projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and education sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior engineering role on a technically challenging mixed-use scheme in Dublin 3.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day engineering and technical delivery across the site.

• Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.

• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and Health & Safety standards.

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, as-built records, and site reports.

• Support the Site Manager with planning, sequencing, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years’ site engineering experience on large-scale or complex projects.

• Strong understanding of residential and healthcare construction.

• Experience with quality management, inspections, and site coordination.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
