Brightpath Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Strandhill. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a well-established desk with active roles, existing clients and a strong candidate pipeline, allowing you to earn commission early and build long-term success.

We’re a specialist construction recruitment business with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships across Ireland.

This role will suit an experienced recruiter or a strong sales professional ready to move into recruitment who enjoys ownership of their desk, values quality relationships, and wants to see their effort directly rewarded.

The Role:

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Business development and client relationship management
• Managing live roles across the construction sector
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
• Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships

With a live desk and active workload in place, you’ll be set up to make an impact quickly.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or a target-driven sales role
• A strong commercial mindset and confidence developing new business
• Someone who is proactive, resilient and motivated by results
• Strong administration, organisation and IT skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Experience in construction/recruitment is a strong advantage, but not essential.
