Assistant Site Manager - Mullingar, Westmeath 

  • Residential Development of 245 Units (Houses, Duplexes, and Apartments)
  • Salary up to €55,000 + DOE 
  • Fuel Allowance + other benefits included in the package

This is a permanent position and is based in Navan on a development consisting of 245 Units (Houses, Duplexes, and Apartments). This is a permanent position with over 2 years on this specific site as well as follow on work in Navan.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Site Manager in the general supervision of all direct employees and subcontractors.
  • Keep accurate time sheets for direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with Site Manager and forward weekly Site Inspection Plan to Design Team every Friday.
  • Record all site inspections Design Team Members and Client and ensure that all documents received are filed in BCARS / Quality Management Folder (per house number).
  • Collate and file all relevant documentation (list will be provided) on a house by house basis.
  • Liaise with Site Manager, Sub-contractors & Purchasing Manager (HO) in compiling weekly materials requisition.
  • Ensure that accurate records of all site inductions, tool box talks, evidence of safe pass, CSCS tickets (where appropriate) are maintained on site.

What you need:

  • A third level qualification in Construction Manager, Civil Engineering or similar
  • 1+ years site based experience

Residential experience is desirable.
