Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage baseline & target project programmes across design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
- Monitor progress, maintain as-built schedules, and assess programme impacts from changes, delays, and variations.
- Identify programme risks and opportunities, driving mitigation strategies and efficient construction sequencing.
- Coordinate with project teams and supply chain to gather inputs on design, logistics, labour, and construction durations.
- Lead planning standards and reporting, mentor junior planners, and present programme updates to senior project stakeholders.
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Certification for use of planning and programme software, preferably Asta Powerproject
- Extensive knowledge of UK and EU legal framework, in particular contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Contract awareness - Understanding JCT and NEC forms of contract

- Basic BIM training and understanding of the common data environment.
