M&E Services Coordinator – Dublin 12

Residential project -Apartments

Your role will involve:

• Managing all service installations in accordance with specifications
• The management of Services Contractors and other related Subcontractors and partners
• Reviewing and reporting on specifications and design drawings to ensure appropriate service/design decisions are met
• Developing design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages
• Planning and managing Design Team Drawings (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Services Subcontractors

You will need:

• A relevant Engineering (or related discipline) degree or diploma
• 5+ years’ experience in Building Services Contractor / Consultant offices
• To be familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems / Construction
• A proven track record in Commercial / Industrial/ Residential Projects

Experience working on high density residential developments/commercial projects for a Main Contractor would be beneficial.
