Quantity Surveyor - Dublin City Centre

A Tier 1 contractor has a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor on a hotel project in Dublin city centre.

Alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have responsibility over budget preparation and estimates, final account preparation, progress reports and client interaction. You will also attend various design team and site meetings.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 3+ years professional experience and a proven record dealing with subcontractors and clients.  
  • Experience working on Residential and Commercial projects
