Job Description

Our client is seeking an Energy Retrofit Project Manager to deliver energy assessments and manage retrofit projects across residential and commercial properties.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct BER assessments (domestic & commercial)
  • Carry out retrofit surveys and Home Energy Assessments (HEAs)
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations
  • Manage projects from survey stage to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Support SEAI grant applications and retrofit programmes
  • Assess renewable and efficiency measures (heat pumps, solar PV, ventilation)

 

Requirements

  • Level 7 qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Experience in construction, engineering, building services, or project delivery
  • Strong interest in energy, sustainability, or retrofit projects
  • BER experience is an advantage 
  • Experience with SEAI schemes is desirable
  • Full driving licence
