Finishing Foreman – Residential Development
Sligo | Large-Scale Housing | High-Quality Build

We’re recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a large-scale residential development in Sligo (200+ high-spec units), on behalf of a well-established developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trades background, excellent attention to detail, and solid experience delivering high-quality finishes on residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finishing works on-site to a high standard

• Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors

• Ensure quality control across all internal and external finishes

• Work through snag lists and address issues raised by buyers

• Liaise with site management to ensure deadlines and standards are met

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on housing or apartment projects

• Trades background (carpentry, plastering, etc.) preferred

• Excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality

• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight deadlines

• Strong communication and organisational skills
