This company deliver projects from €500,000 up to €50 million and strives to be Irelands leading contractor in their chosen markets for providing innovative solutions. They have offices in Dublin, Cork, The Midlands and London. 

You will work under the Construction Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
• Proven experience in High-Rise Residential (RC Frame), Housing, or Commercial/Retail projects (Ireland/UK)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of BCAR, Irish Building Regulations, and Health & Safety standards
• Level 8 Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
