Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin

Up to €65,000 DOE | €400M Residential Project

Join a leading Irish home builder delivering large-scale, sustainable communities across Ireland. This role is based on a major €400M residential project in North Dublin, offering strong long-term career progression and exposure to high-value developments.

You’ll support the commercial delivery of the project, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and gaining hands-on experience across all key cost and contract functions in a high-performing project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior QS with subcontract management and payments
• Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports
• Monitor budgets, variations, and contracts
• Support cost control across residential and RC frame works

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Cubit, CostX (or similar), Excel
