Role responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major education project from inception to completion
  • Oversee programme scheduling, budgeting, and project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance on site
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, costs, and risks
  • Drive efficient project execution while resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations
  • Support and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality work on a prestigious development

You will need:

  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
  • A proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
