This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Project or Contracts Manager with a proven track record managing projects valued in excess of €8M.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Construction Director and leading project delivery teams across multiple sites
• Managing the safe, timely and efficient delivery of projects in line with programme, budget and quality targets
• Overseeing day-to-day contracts management, including site teams and subcontractors
• Taking full responsibility for project performance from both operational and commercial perspectives
• Coordinating and supporting Project Managers and Site Managers across a range of developments
• Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes, including regular progress updates and reporting
• Leading the recruitment and development of high-performing project teams
• Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards of health & safety, quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager role within the construction industry
• Track record delivering large-scale Residential and/or Commercial projects valued above €8M
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management capability
• Main Contractor experience preferred
