Carpentry Foreman – Roscommon

We’re working with a respected Midlands main contractor to recruit a Project Manager for a large-scale public sector development in Roscommon. This is a complex, high-value project (c. €15m) forming part of a national programme of works to expand and modernise key public infrastructure. The project is due to commence in late 2025 and will involve the construction of new accommodation buildings, extensions to existing facilities, and associated site development works.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Carpentry Foreman, you’ll play a key leadership role on medium-to-large scale projects, ensuring smooth site operations and high standards of workmanship. You’ll lead by example and coordinate a team of skilled tradespeople on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Carpentry background
• 5+ years relevant experience
• A strong record delivering on-site for medium to large construction projects
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
