Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin 

Work on some of Dublin's largest and most prestigious construction projects

Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark residential developments in Dublin

With multiple live projects, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on the site that best suits their location

Projects include:

  • Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 – Ireland's tallest residential building
  • Park West, Dublin 12
  • Player Wills Redevelopment, Dublin 8
  • Dundrum, Dublin 14

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for major construction projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs, cash flow, and commercial performance.
  • Procure and manage subcontract packages.
  • Review contracts, manage variations, and mitigate commercial risk.
  • Mentor and support Assistant and Junior Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a Main Contractor
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with SCSI
