Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin
Join the team delivering Dublin's largest and most prestigious construction projects.
A Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark developments in Dublin. With multiple live projects across the capital, every effort will be made to ensure that you are based as close to your preferred location.
As a Quantity Surveyor here, you'll support the commercial delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working within an experienced commercial team.

Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark residential developments in Dublin
With multiple live projects, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on the site that best suits their location
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for major construction projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team
Key Responsibilities
- Manage valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and commercial performance.
- Procure and manage subcontract packages.
- Review contracts, manage variations, and mitigate commercial risk.
- Mentor and support Assistant and Junior Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a Main Contractor
- Chartered or working towards chartership with SCSI
