Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage monthly, interim, and final valuations, including payment applications, cost/value reconciliations, and financial assessments for contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Supply accurate and timely data to support ongoing reviews of cash flow and overall performance
- Work alongside the Procurement team to appoint subcontractors for packages under their oversight
- Thoroughly review contract documentation and identify any discrepancies or potential issues
- Prepare and negotiate interim and final valuations in line with agreed timelines, liaising closely with client representatives
- Finalise and agree contract accounts for completed work sections, ensuring all variations and adjustments are accounted for
- Maintain detailed records relating to any contractual delays or disruptions
Requirements:
- Chartered or undertaking steps to become chartered with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS)
- Background in construction/civil engineering projects, with exposure to residential/commercial works
