Your role will involve:

  • Design & Coordination Management: Lead MEP design reviews, value engineering and utility connection tracking across Design & Build projects.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Drive BREEAM, LEED and NZEB performance standards, ensuring future-proof, energy-efficient designs.
  • Team Supervision: Guide and mentor on-site M&E Coordinators while managing specialised subcontractor relationships.
  • Quality, Safety & Risk: Ensure top-tier execution, safety-by-design compliance, and rigorous BCAR quality management.
  • Commercial & Tender Support: Collaborate with estimating teams to evaluate subcontractor bids, resolve technical queries and manage valuations.
  • Commissioning & Handover: Oversee testing, system demonstrations, O&M compliance and seamless client handovers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in an MEP / Building Services role
