Exciting opportunity for an Site Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. We are currently recruiting a Site Engineer for a m main contractor residential project in Dundalk. 

Working closely with the management team you will be hands-on, ensuring efficient operations and the highest standards of project delivery. This role is an opportunity to grow with a company that expects to broaden the workflow quickly. Along with opportunities for promotion as scope increases. This role is seen as the starting point to align & progress with the company values and strategy over this timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and delivering all engineering functions to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure the effective control and distribution of all technical information required throughout the project.
  • Work closely with the project team to uphold and promote the company’s Health & Safety standards on site.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and recognised construction best practices.
  • Review, challenge, and coordinate design and technical proposals while resolving issues to achieve the most effective solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of setting out accuracy and overall project quality.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including the review of methodologies, programmes, and safety documentation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Third level degree in engineering/construction management
  • Between 2-5 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Setting out experience is required
