Key responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for on-site execution, driving safety, quality and delivery:

  • Manage daily site operations and programme delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve programme milestones.
  • Resolve day-to-day technical and logistical issues.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Trade or construction-related qualification
  • 5+ years of Site Management experience with a Main Contractor or Developer.
