Foreman | Kill, Co. Kildare | Modular Construction

Our client, a well-established Irish main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects, is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team in Kill, Co. Kildare.

The role will be based primarily at the company's assembly facility in Kildare, overseeing the production and assembly of modular classrooms and changing room facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Foreman with strong construction knowledge who is interested in developing their career within the growing area of offsite and modular construction. The role offers a stable Kildare-based position, strong support from an established contractor and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the modular construction division.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day activities at the Kildare assembly facility.
• Oversee the assembly and delivery of modular classrooms and changing rooms.
• Coordinate trades, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality, programme and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during production.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards throughout the facility.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Experience in offsite or modular construction is highly desirable.
• Factory or assembly facility experience would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate trades and manage day-to-day activities effectively.
